An end-to-end platform that takes a client from a guided questionnaire to finished, signed legal documents — live and evolving for over a decade.
The challenge
Producing wills and estate-planning documents is a regulated, multi-step process that was slow and paperwork-heavy — and hard to offer at scale or to white-label to advisers.
What we built
We built a platform that guides each client through a structured questionnaire, routes the case to the legal team for drafting, keeps the client updated by email and SMS, and tracks every case from submission through to signed documents. Advisers can offer the whole service under their own brand.
The outcome
It has run and evolved for 10+ years, turning a manual legal process into a dependable digital workflow — covering wills, lasting power of attorney, trusts and inheritance-tax planning.
