The challenge
A fast-growing trading and ornamental-plant group ran its operations across disconnected tools and spreadsheets, with no real-time view across its companies and locations.
What we built
We built a single cloud ERP covering CRM, sales, procurement, multi-location inventory, route planning, finance, HRM and production — with internal order transfers between group companies and live dashboards. It connects to Floriday, Twinfield, Exact Online and Power BI so trade, accounting and reporting stay in sync.
The outcome
The platform has been the group's single source of truth for more than 15 years, growing module by module as the business expanded — exactly the kind of long-term partnership we're built for.
