Ferry ticketing with onboard scanning and native apps

Online ticket sales, customer accounts and native iOS/Android apps for a ferry operator — plus a multi-ferry management system for a public-sector client.

The challenge

A ferry operator wanted to sell tickets online, reward customers for booking ahead and speed up boarding — while a public-sector operator needed to manage ticketing across multiple ferries.

What we built

We built online ticket sales with customer accounts and express checkout, seasonal timetables, and native iOS and Android apps. Tickets are scanned on boarding, and a separate management system handles multi-ferry scheduling and ticketing for the public-sector operator.

The outcome

Passengers now buy and travel from their phones, crews board faster with scanning, and operators run scheduling and sales from one place.
