An independent energy supplier needed to bill customers and keep its accounts straight without duplicating work between systems.
What we built
We built a customer billing and account portal for balances, usage and payments, integrated with Xero so invoices and reconciliation flow automatically between the portal and the supplier's accounting.
The outcome
Billing and bookkeeping now move in lockstep, cutting manual entry and giving customers a clean self-service account.
